Job Details
Position Description:
The SharePoint Administrator will be responsible for managing and administering Microsoft SharePoint Online/On-premises environments. This role involves configuring and customizing SharePoint applications to support business processes, maintaining existing sites and resources, and extending SharePoint functionality through various technologies. The administrator will grant and manage user permissions, deploy custom apps using Power Apps and Power Automate, and maintain code repositories and versioning for custom code. Additionally, the administrator will collaborate with end-users and Business Process Improvement experts to develop and document website and application requirements, support Agile project management processes, provide monitoring and issue resolution support, and perform migrations and upgrades as necessary. This role also involves increasing platform efficiencies and functionalities through automation and assisting with change management, user enablement, and security.
Skills Required:
- Minimum of two years of experience working with SharePoint
- Experience administering and configuring SharePoint farm solutions
- Knowledge of Active Directory and security concepts related to SharePoint
- Ability to troubleshoot common SharePoint issues
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Skills Preferred:
- Experience managing SharePoint environments, including web applications, site collections, and user permissions
- Ability to configure and manage SharePoint security
- Proficiency in monitoring SharePoint performance and usage statistics
- Experience planning and executing SharePoint upgrades and patching
- Strong autonomy and drive to deliver results
Experience Required:
- Minimum of two years of experience working with SharePoint
- Experience administering and configuring SharePoint farm solutions

Education Required:
- High school equivalent diploma or GED
- Associate Degree
Education Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, or Criminal Justice fields
